UNCLAIMED DIVIDEND

(A) Pursuant to Section 124(5) of the Companies Act, 2013 read with the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016 as amended from time to time, the Company is required to transfer any amount transferred to Unpaid Dividend Account of the Company, which remains unpaid or unclaimed for a period of 7 (seven) years from the date of such transfer along with interest accrued, if any, thereon to the Investor Education and Protection Fund established by the Central Government. In terms of the Rule 5 of the said Rules, a statement containing prescribed details of amount transferred to Unpaid Dividend Account and outstanding as on the date of each Annual General Meeting is as follows:

(B) Pursuant to Section 124(2) of the Companies Act, 2013, the Company is required to prepare a statement containing the names, their last known addresses and the unpaid dividend to be paid to each person, within a period of 90 days of making transfer of unpaid/unclaimed amounts to the Unpaid Dividend Account.
